When needed, existing buildup is removed and the property is brought to the appropriate maintenance baseline.

Four planned seasonal visits keep the property on a professional maintenance schedule, supported by a Monthly Member Maintenance Visit for smaller touch-ups between scheduled services.

The Elite Care Plan is a structured exterior maintenance plan — not a one-time service. Every property begins with a full restoration wash, then transitions into a scheduled stewardship cycle that addresses biological growth and keeps surfaces consistently maintained year-round.
The Elite Care Plan — four seasonal visits per year, plus a Monthly Member Maintenance Visit included every month. One plan, built around your property.

Every plan includes: 4 planned seasonal visits per year, 1 full house soft wash per year (Q2 or Q3), 1 full flatwork cleaning per year, 2 full exterior window cleanings per year, 2 full gutter cleanings per year, and a Monthly Member Maintenance Visit — one requested visit per calendar month, up to one hour. Additional time at member hourly rate with prior approval. Larger or specialty work quoted separately. Timing is customized around the property and WNC seasonal conditions. No pricing displayed — every property is assessed individually.
